Functional Analyst Jr.

Provide general management consulting and technical knowledge to support federal agencies in improving organizational design, business processes, and strategies. Lead interactions with all levels of client staff to comprehend and document capabilities and enabling tools required to meet business needs. Develop recommendations and solutions that bridge the gap between an organization's mission, vision, and capabilities with its people, processes, and technical solutions. Present these recommendations to internal teams and clients, clearly articulating how the solution concept supports business strategy. Participate in collaborative team environments and dynamic client project settings. This full-time position in Alexandria, Virginia, requires a Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
