Job Summary
Lead functional and technical analysis of complex e-commerce business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications and system designs for development teams. Coordinate development and configuration initiatives, manage sprint-based delivery, and lead the Functional Analyst team by providing guidance, coaching, and coordination. Execute gap analyses, oversee testing scenarios, and drive process optimization while maintaining configuration documentation and resolving design decisions with stakeholders. Present functional designs for sign-off, manage post-implementation support environments, and proactively track and resolve system defects using JIRA. Champion agile methodologies, facilitate ceremonies, and ensure seamless shopping experiences through scalable digital solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 3-year IT qualification
- SAP Commerce or equivalent experience
- Business Analyst / Functional Analyst course or similar
- +5 years' experience in a Senior Functional Analyst or similar role
- Relevant and demonstrable experience in functional analysis, configuration, and user testing
- Experience in software testing
- IT Support and Operations knowledge
- Working knowledge of different operating systems and Internet technologies
- Experience in a Retail and or Financial Services industry
- Capable of vendor management
- Knowledge of Project Management principles
- Champion agile methodologies and agreed ways of working
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews/demos, and retrospectives
Desired Qualifications
- MS SQL fundamentals (Introduction to SQL) Certification
- MS SQL - Querying data with Transact Certification
- Incident management system knowledge
- Experience of working on projects within the Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience in cloud solutions
- Change management experience
- Foundation knowledge of Cloud technologies
- Foundational knowledge of core programming technologies
