Job Summary
Review and document Operational Contract Support observations, insights, and lessons learned from military operations and training. Coordinate interviews with key leaders to extract best practices, then prepare and analyze targeted surveys for leadership review. Evaluate quarterly data to identify trends and recommend DOTMLPF-P solutions while maintaining submissions to the Joint Lessons Learned Manager. Develop learning demands and essential analysis elements to enable focused collection efforts. This contingent role requires an Active Secret Clearance and is based at CASCOM Headquarters in Fort Lee, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Functional Analyst role
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience using the Joint Lessons Learned System
- Minimum of six (6) years' experience using Microsoft Office, Office 365, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Minimum of four (4) years' experience in data collection, analysis, and trend identification within military operations
- Proven understanding of Operational Contract Support (OCS) frameworks
