Job Summary
Understand functional requirements and create user stories, business process models, domain models, and sequence diagrams to support requirement definition for forensic software development. Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are clearly articulated, participate in validation and sprint reviews, and contribute to identifying key test scenarios. Serve as the liaison between the Business and Development teams, documenting conflicts and revising specifications based on discussions with the Business Process Owner. Decompose large functional requirements into granular user stories and facilitate discussions from leadership to business users. Work in the same time zone as the development team in Bangalore, bringing 8-12 years of IT experience, preferably in an industrial or laboratory environment.
Required Qualifications
- M.Sc., B.Sc. or equivalent in Information Technology or comparable field
- At least 8-12 years in an IT environment (implementation if possible) preferably in an industrial or process-driven environment and ideally in the laboratory industry
- At least 5-8 years as a Business analyst/ Functional analyst / Product owner/Technical Writer in an IT environment
- Experience in UML to create domain model, activity diagrams to clarify requirements
- Experience to decompose large functional requirement into independent, granular user stories
- Experience with functional designs and tools for user journeys
- Strong leadership to influence and drive diverse stakeholders
- Good business understanding to facilitate discussions from Leadership to Business users
- Work Experience: 8- 12years
