Job Summary
Lead the configuration-first build of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Management System by setting up core data models, operational forms, and views to capture required data elements. Configure and test the deadline engine to monitor contract clocks, build automation with standardized failure handling, and establish end-to-end workflows for intake, consultations, and network management. Define role-scoped access and field security to maintain privilege boundaries, ensuring every configuration item traces directly to the Requirements Traceability Matrix. Deliver configuration artifacts including data dictionaries, ERDs, and business-rule catalogs while creating known-answer cases for UAT. Maintain high velocity across the Mobilization, Core Operations, and Fully Functional Delivery phases to ensure operational readiness for the legal services team supporting U.S. Government case management.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- ability to positively pass a public trust background investigation
- 5+ years of experience in functional requirements gathering and application
- Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant certifications
- Extensive experience configuring Dataverse, model-driven apps, and Power Platform business rules
- Prior experience in legal operations, case management, or high-compliance federal-adjacent implementations
- Experience working in a 'requirements-first' environment with strict adherence to evidence-based acceptance
