Job Summary
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to support high-quality software delivery. Gather, analyze, and structure requirements for existing products and new initiatives, creating functional specifications, process flows, and documentation to guide development. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, identifying dependencies and risks early while clarifying requirements and communicating constraints to non-technical audiences. Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis practices and support testing, validation, and rollout of new functionalities. Work within an Agile environment with a global client serving over 180 countries, sharing knowledge with junior members and developing deep domain expertise in healthcare, finance, or legal sectors.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within a software/technology environment
- Strong experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements
- Previous experience working closely with software development teams in an Agile environment
- Ability to translate business needs into structured and actionable requirements for technical teams
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and basic software testing principles
- Experience creating functional documentation, process models, user stories, or similar analysis deliverables
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive approach to identifying and communicating risks, issues, and improvement opportunities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership of assigned areas and work autonomously while collaborating within a cross-functional team
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise software products
- Knowledge of accounting, finance, tax, or related business domains
- Familiarity with test automation concepts
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members
