Functional AIT Test Engineer (all gender)

Job Summary
Perform tests for electrical, mechanical and RF subsystems in an AIT environment; set up EGSE, test equipment, tools and test configurations; hands-on testing and monitor complex hardware during test campaigns; develop and update test procedures and validation steps; analyze test results and support root-cause investigations; document all test activities according to project and quality standards; collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical and system engineering colleagues; requirements include a degree in Aerospace/Electrical/Mechatronics or comparable field, practical testing experience in aerospace, AIT/EGSE familiarity, hands-on and digital documentation skills, basic programming/scripting, strong English (German a plus); diversity welcome and preferential consideration for severely disabled applicants if qualified; flexible working hours and mobility benefits described.
Required Qualifications
- degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable field
- experience in testing (test execution, test setups, validation) in aerospace
- experience in an AIT / EGSE environment
- basic programming or scripting skills
- strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
