Job Summary
Drive and promote the development of assigned autonomous driving functions across the entire V-Model, leading from system requirement definition through design, verification, and performance evaluation. Create and update functional requirement specifications, manage architectural design, and ensure requirements traceability. Serve as the technical lead for assigned functions, participating in customer technical discussions and test drives while coordinating with Hardware, Software, and Validation teams. Set KPIs, review test strategies, conduct design reviews, and resolve technical challenges to maintain quality, performance, and delivery timelines. Bridge development efforts between Japan and overseas teams for ADAS products including ECUs, parking systems, navigation, and radar.
Required Qualifications
- Function Owner experience: 3+ years
- Deep understanding of ADAS functions (ability to comprehend requirements, write requirement specifications, create internal ADAS specifications, and evaluate test results)
- Experience/knowledge related to parking systems, navigation systems, radar, or ECU development
- Japanese: Business level
- English: Business level or higher
