Job Summary
FUNBOX General Manager responsible for leading park operations, driving revenue, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Leads 20–50 employees, manages P&L and budgets, hires and develops a high-performance team, collaborates with marketing on local campaigns, ensures safety and compliance, and maintains vendor coordination and inventory control. The role requires coaching and culture-building, accountability, and a hands-on, customer-first leadership style to achieve revenue and guest-satisfaction targets in a fast-paced family entertainment environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of general management experience in high-volume environments (family entertainment, retail, fitness, hospitality, or events preferred)
- 2+ years of experience managing sales targets and team KPIs
- Strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, and inventory control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a hands-on, team-first approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and reporting tools
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
- Passion for working with kids and families in a fast-paced, energetic setting
