Job Summary
Assist with setup, execution, and cleanup of park-district special events and programs; provide excellent customer service to families and residents. Duties include event setup and takedown, crowd management, assisting vendors, and serving as the host for birthday parties, creating a fun, safe, and engaging atmosphere. Work indoors and outdoors with shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude are required. First Aid/CPR/AED certification within 90 days of hire. Physical requirements include lifting/moving up to 50 lbs. Employment is part-time; compensation ranges from $15.00 to $19.84 per hour (annualized to approximately $31,200 to $41,267).
