Fully Remote, Outpatient Professional Fee Coder: Family Practice, Assisted Living, Nursing Home Visits

Review provider documentation and assign or revise ICD-10-CM and CPT/HCPCS codes based on official guidelines for outpatient E&M visits and ancillary services. Resolve coding/claim edits, communicate with providers via queries when additional information is needed, and identify documentation or system issues impacting quality, compliance, or productivity. Maintain coding quality and productivity standards while participating in performance improvement initiatives and department meetings. Requires RHIA, RHIT, or CPC certification with relevant experience; salary commensurate with experience ranging from $22.74 to $35.25.
