Job Summary
Crisis Counselor providing telephonic first-responder support, risk assessment, crisis intervention, and stabilization via remote work from a private, HIPAA-compliant home office in Georgia. Responsibilities include building rapport, active listening, safety planning, resource referrals, and accurate documentation across multiple software systems. Required Qualifications
- Education requirements: MSW, PsyD, or PhD in behavioral health, OR MA/MS in behavioral health with COAMFTE, CACREP, or CORE-accredited program
- Licensure active and in good standing
- Remote work from GA with residency
- Telephonic crisis counseling and emotional support experience
- Ability to assess risk, provide crisis intervention, and safety planning
- HIPAA-compliant private home workspace with secure internet
- Proficiency in documentation and multitasking across software systems
- Six-week paid training program with onboarding and role-specific skills development
- Weekend and holiday availability after training
