Job Summary
Crisis Counselor (Fully Remote, GA-resident) delivering telephonic emotional support, risk assessment, crisis intervention, and stabilization services as a first responder for callers with emotional/behavioral challenges. Requires advanced behavioral-health education (MSW/MA/MS, or PsyD/PhD) and active licensure, with HIPAA-compliant home office and 10 Mbps+ internet. Role features six-week paid training, remote scheduling after training (weekends/holidays required), comprehensive benefits, and incentive pay. Primary duties include empathetic telephonic support, rapport building, clinical documentation, resource/referral coordination, safety planning, and sustaining professional, confidential service delivery. Required Qualifications
