Required Qualifications
- Active licensure in good standing as a Counselor (state of Georgia)
- Education: MSW, PsyD, or PhD in a behavioral health field, OR MA/MS in behavioral health with clinical practice emphasis from a COAMFTE, CACREP, or CORE-accredited program
- Must be remote with Georgia residency requirements and private, distraction-free home office space
- Ability to provide telephonic crisis counseling, risk assessment, crisis intervention, safety planning, and linkage to resources
- HIPAA-compliant practices including secure documentation and privacy protections
- Strong communication, empathy, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for six-week paid training and regular weekend/holiday shifts
