Job Summary
Fully remote inbound customer service role for Disabled Veteran Solutions. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, delivering a positive, solution-focused customer experience; basic technical troubleshooting; creating support tickets; scheduling appointments; accurately documenting interactions; and conducting follow-up to ensure issues are resolved. Requires strong verbal communication, ability to work independently while staying connected to a remote team, and completion of credentialing/background checks. Preferred bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates. Training during first two weeks; EST-based schedule between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, Monday–Friday. Fully remote work environment with a focus on veterans, military families, and communities nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior customer service experience in call-based environments
- Strong verbal communication and ability to build rapport
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Comfort working remotely with minimal supervision
- Ability to complete credentialing and background check process
