Job Summary
Inbound Customer Service Representative delivering a positive, solution-focused experience as the first point of contact for individuals relying on essential services. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, basic technical troubleshooting, creating support tickets, scheduling appointments at designated service locations, accurately documenting interactions, and conducting follow-up calls to ensure issues are resolved while maintaining a structured, remote-work environment. Requires a high school diploma or GED, prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, ability to troubleshoot independently, comfort with remote work, and successful credentialing/background verification. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged. Training and strict schedule adherence via EST time zone.
Required Qualifications
