Job Summary
Fully Remote Customer Service Agent at Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) providing inbound support for essential government-based programs. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, delivering a positive, solution-focused customer experience; assisting with basic technical troubleshooting and creating support tickets; scheduling appointments at designated service locations; accurately documenting all customer interactions; conducting follow-up calls to ensure issues are resolved; and maintaining a high level of service within a structured, remote environment. Preferred bilingual English/Spanish candidates. Requires high school diploma or GED, prior customer service experience in call-based environments, strong verbal communication, ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues, comfort working remotely, and ability to complete credentialing and background check. Training begins with a two-week onboarding period (9:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST). Regular schedule Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM with emphasis on reliability and consistency. A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (additional education preferred)
- Prior customer service experience, especially in call-based environments
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently
- Comfort working remotely with minimal supervision
- Ability to complete an extensive credentialing and background check process
