Job Summary
Licensed psychotherapist needed for 1099 independent contractor role delivering high-quality teletherapy to a diverse caseload. Independent scheduling with no minimum hours, work from a home office, and HIPAA-compliant platform-based sessions. Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, delivering individual and/or group/couples therapy, maintaining clinical documentation (SOAP notes, treatment plans), and managing calendar and client volume. Requirements include a valid, unrestricted license and experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR) plus comfort with EHR systems and video conferencing. The role offers total autonomy, no commute, and flexible practice style in a fully remote setup.
