Job Summary
Provide high-quality teletherapy to a diverse caseload via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform as a 1099 independent contractor. Conduct initial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based individual and/or group/couples therapy with autonomous scheduling and calendar management. Maintain timely clinical documentation (SOAP notes, treatment plans) and ensure a private, professional space for confidential sessions. Must hold a valid, unrestricted clinical license and be comfortable navigating EHR systems and video conferencing tools. Enjoy total autonomy, no minimum-hour requirements, and the ability to practice remotely from home with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid, unrestricted license to practice psychology or equivalent licensure
- Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR)
- Proficient with HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platforms and EHRs
- Ability to manage own caseload and calendar
- Independent contractor status (1099) preferred
