Job Summary
Independent contractor licensed psychotherapist providing teletherapy from a remote setting. You will conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, provide individual and/or group/couples therapy via a HIPAA-compliant platform, and maintain timely clinical documentation. You control your schedule and client volume, manage your own calendar, and operate with total autonomy and no minimum-hour requirements. The role emphasizes clinical independence, private space for confidential sessions, and the use of evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.). A valid, unrestricted license is required, and proficiency with EHR systems and video conferencing is expected. 100% remote work with the option to work from anywhere, including your home office.
Required Qualifications
- Valid, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy
- Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.)
- Comfortable navigating EHR systems and video conferencing tools
- Private, quiet, professional space to conduct confidential sessions
- Ability to manage own caseload and administrative requirements
