Job Summary
Provide high-quality teletherapy to a diverse caseload as a 1099 independent contractor. Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based individual and/or group/couples therapy via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Manage your own calendar and client volume based on personal capacity. Flexible, totally autonomous schedule with no minimum-hour requirements. Remote work from home with a private, professional space.
Required Qualifications
- Valid, unrestricted clinical license
- Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR)
- Comfort navigating EHR systems and video conferencing tools
- Ability to maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (SOAP notes, treatment plans)
- Self-motivated with ability to manage own caseload and administrative requirements
- 1099 Independent Contractor status
