The role offers complete scheduling autonomy, 1099 contractor status, and 100% remote work from anywhere with internet. Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, maintaining clinical documentation (SOAP notes, treatment plans), and managing calendar/client load. Must be proficient with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.), comfortable with EHR and video conferencing tools, and maintain a private, professional, confidential space for sessions. Strong emphasis on clinical autonomy, flexibility, and self-motivation; no minimum hour requirements and no commute.
