Job Summary
Manage retail operations and staff by overseeing commercial planning, scheduling, and planograms for your department. Guide Retail Assistants through performance management, recruitment, and skill development to ensure consistent service quality and sales targets. Optimize stock levels using the Stock Replenishment System to minimize loss and maximize revenue while maintaining daily rosters for full team effectiveness. Support colleagues in creating inspiring product presentations that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. This full-time role requires strong coaching skills and experience in retail leadership within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Sterke coachingsvaardigheden
