Job Summary
Plan weekly and occasional maintenance tasks for the shopping district, including waste removal, floor shining, and long-term projects like facade cleaning and street furniture upkeep. Lead a team of six by assigning tasks, motivating staff, and ensuring safe, efficient execution of daily cleaning and repair duties. Monitor facility conditions on-site to identify broken equipment, report issues to facilities, and verify that signage and safety measures remain visible for thousands of weekend visitors. Handle light administrative work, including staff scheduling and timekeeping. Requires MBO 4 education, valid driver's license, and experience with machinery such as sweepers and forklifts.
Required Qualifications
- aantoonbare ervaring en kennis in het werken met verschillende machines en gereedschappen, zoals bijvoorbeeld veegmachines, heftrucks, hoogwerker, bladblazers, stoommachines, bosmaaiers
- opleiding op minimaal mbo 4 niveau
- rijbewijs
- ervaring als (meewerkend) leidinggevende, meewerkend voorman, opperman of iets soortgelijks
- goede communicatieve vaardigheden
- een goede fysieke conditie
Desired Qualifications
- Certificaat VCA Basis of VCA vol
- Werkervaring in de openbare ruimte zoals een stadscentrum
