Job Summary
Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure units and buildings remain in perfect working order. Execute service requests and repairs including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, carpentry, and make-ready unit preparation. Apply basic handyman skills for fixtures, doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry. Clean and maintain outside landscapes by emptying trash and performing general landscape work. Inspect building systems, report deficiencies to the supervisor, and adhere to company safety programs. Work 30+ hours per week at WorldMark Blaine with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k match, and paid time off.
