Job Summary

Lead and coach Sales Associates on the sales floor and in fitting rooms to deliver Knix’s warm, inclusive customer experience. Own end-to-end selling during peak hours, using real-time KPI data to guide actions, drive targets, and elevate in-store performance. Build customer loyalty by guiding fittings (including bra fittings) and staying knowledgeable about Knix product assortment while maintaining a positive, motivating, and fun environment. Communicate product expertise effectively, manage challenging interactions with customers and team members with honesty and care, and contribute to training, visual merchandising, and operational needs. Emphasize ownership, accountability, and a passion for the Knix mission to translate love for the brand into measurable growth and superior customer experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in an apparel or lifestyle retail brand environment (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a lead or senior role.
  • Ability to lead, coach and motivate a team to drive business results while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to use KPIs and sales insights to support real-time decision-making and drive stronger results during peak hours.
