Job Summary
Lead and manage the delivery of managed services within PwC Acceleration Center India, focusing on transitioning and running outsourced services, overseeing delivery teams, and implementing process optimization. Drive client satisfaction through clear, impactful communication, strong governance of SLAs, and ongoing continuous improvement. Key skills include Java/J2EE with Spring/Hibernate/RESTful services, PMP/Agile certifications, automation framework design, BPA, OPM, digital transformation initiatives, and proven leadership and coaching of diverse, high-performing teams. Travel up to 20%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- 15+ years of experience in software development and application support with strong Full Stack development
- Proven expertise in Java/J2EE technologies including frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful services
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile (Certified ScrumMaster), or Oracle Java certifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coach delivery teams and manage budgets
- Experience in transitioning and managing outsourced services, and in process optimization
- Strong systems thinking, stakeholder communication, and organizational-skill requirements
