Job Summary
Build and maintain APIs and UI flows for web and mobile using Svelte/SvelteKit and TypeScript. Design interactive, responsive front-end experiences with drag-and-drop, real-time canvas polish, and WebSocket image streams while optimizing frontend performance to minimize render latency. Design and maintain backend services on Node with Postgres and Redis caching, then kickstart a public API project to serve Krea AI models to millions of developers. Diagnose HTTP/3 and WebSocket issues across client and server sides, drive real-time image and video generation pipelines, and improve observability using OpenTelemetry tools. Implement enterprise features including audit logs, SAML/SSO, and SCIM provisioning. Work full-time in-person in San Francisco with a competitive salary, equity, and full health coverage.
Desired Qualifications
- Solid full-stack JS/TS engineer with frontend focus—component design, UI state, animations, client performance
- Experience with SvelteKit or similar frameworks, real-time UI via WebSockets
- Comfortable designing APIs, database schemas, caching strategies
- Familiar with infra and scale: Kubernetes, Postgres, Redis, observability stacks
- Side projects or open‐source contributions in UI/infra are plus
- Bonus: prior work on enterprise auth features, GPU workloads, ML or image/video pipelines
