Job Summary
Design and deliver end-to-end fullstack features for internal and enterprise-facing tools using React, Vue, NestJS, and Spring Boot. Build reusable frontend components, maintain RESTful APIs with robust authentication flows, and manage database migrations with TypeORM or Hibernate. Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development while validating all generated code through unit and integration testing. Integrate with third-party services like payment gateways and identity providers, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated test suites pass before merging. Collaborate with product managers and QA engineers in sprint ceremonies, participate in peer code reviews, and maintain technical documentation and Architecture Decision Records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on full stack development experience delivering production-grade features on technology projects
- Proficient in TypeScript and JavaScript
- Working knowledge of Java for Spring Boot backend services
- Independently builds React applications, proficient with hooks, Context API, routing (React Router), and state management libraries
- Build NestJS or equivalent services independently, proficient with dependency injection, guards, interceptors, middleware, and TypeORM integration
- Working knowledge in Spring Boot services, e.g. JPA/Hibernate, Spring Security, and REST API design
- Productive user of at least one AI coding tool (e.g. ILMU, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot); applies engineering judgement to validate AI-generated output
- Familiar with PostgreSQL or MySQL and ORM-based data modeling
- Proficient in Jest / Supertest (Node/TypeScript) and/or JUnit / Mockito (Java) for unit and integration testing
- Working knowledge of Git workflows, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration within Enterprise Engineering
Desired Qualifications
- Equivalent work experience with relevant professional certifications
- Exposure to NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) is an advantage
- Familiarity with digital banking and/or fintech applications is an advantage
