Job Summary
The Fullstack Engineer is responsible for solution design in complex project environments, identifying business requirements and translating them into functional specifications. Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, creating and executing roadmaps for solution development, and collaborating with stakeholders. Candidates should possess broad experience in requirements engineering and agile delivery, along with solid analytical and communication skills. Knowledge of Retail Banking IT and experience in API design and systems integration are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Broad experience in requirements engineering for large-scale IT solutions as part of scrum teams
- Broad experience in detailing and creation of User Stories and specifications for agile delivery teams
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Strong independence and initiative
- Ability to work in agile delivery teams
- Knowledge of Retail Banking IT
- Experience in API design (swagger definition) and data mapping
- Strong background in systems integrations based on data-driven APIs
- Good experience working with diagrams like Use Case Diagrams, BPMN diagrams, Flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams, State Diagrams
