Job Summary
Create and manage web applications handling both front-end user interfaces and back-end APIs. Build and optimize APIs for performance while integrating third-party services and payment gateways. Produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that implements best practices for security and data protection. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure scalability. This role supports Seena's mission to simplify commerce for merchants across the GCC and MENA region by designing and maintaining the infrastructure for modern fintech applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a full stack developer or similar role
- Strong competence in JavaScript / TypeScript and their frameworks such as React, Next.js or Vue.js
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience with PHP, Laravel and MySQL for backend development
- Experience with RESTful APIs and micro services
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Fintech or payment systems is a nice to have
- Knowledge of docker and CI/CD is a plus
