Job Summary
Develop software solutions for global retail chains by managing the full software lifecycle, from analyzing business requirements to implementing, testing, and deploying applications. Collaborate with international teams to troubleshoot issues, propose improvements, and drive digital transformation across POS systems, mobile experiences, and store logistics. Leverage Java/Spring for backend development and Vue.js/TypeScript for frontend work while communicating daily in English. This remote-first role supports mission-driven retail technology, offering flexibility and access to a stable, global environment with over 35 years of industry expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Java and Spring/Spring Boot for backend development
- Knowledge of Vue.js or another frontend framework (React, Angular, etc.)
- Knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript
- Understanding of REST APIs
- Understanding of relational databases (SQL)
- Understanding of source control systems such as Git
- A logical and analytical mindset
- Ability to understand complex systems
- Ability to solve problems
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop technical skills
- Good communication skills in English

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of tools such as Maven
