Job Summary
Design and execute end-to-end system tests for new installations and software prior to release to minimize business impact. Develop and maintain Java-based server-side applications using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architectures alongside ReactJS and Python. Partner with senior leadership to develop the technology product roadmap while identifying industry best practices and recommending improvements. Lead the team as a 100% individual contributor, serving as a mentor to junior staff and preparing user and systems documentation. Resolve and escalate critical technical issues, provide agile status notes, and identify opportunities for performance tuning and AI agent modeling.
