Job Summary
Conduct fullstack and mobile development using Java, Angular, and React Native while progressively integrating AI-assisted coding workflows. Collaborate directly with the team to roll out Agentic Coding practices, testing approaches like Spec-Driven Development and optimizing agent usage across feature, bug, and refactoring cycles. Build functional prototypes and new product features from a user perspective, sharing insights and failures with the group to drive organizational learning. Work 80% of the time in our Berlin office, contributing to the future of our platforms as we pioneer these new development methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Gute praktische Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Java
- Erfahrung im JavaScript/TypeScript-Umfeld (Angular und/oder React Native)
- Bereit für eine Arbeitsweise mit 80 % Präsenz in unserem Berliner Büro (4 Tage vor Ort, 1 Tag flexibel Remote)
- Affinität zu KI-Tools (wie Claude, ChatGPT oder Copilot)
- Lust auf den direkten, agilen Austausch auf Deutsch und Englisch
