Job Summary
Prepare smartphones, tablets, and accessories for shipment by installing screen protectors, cases, and recording device ID numbers. Package and label orders accurately while tracking inventory and maintaining organized records to ensure customers receive the correct equipment. Work with team members to solve customer issues and learn industry-leading mobile technology and device management systems. Operate in a collaborative, hands-on training environment within our Pittsburgh warehouse, Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent educational experience
- Must be able to commute to our Pittsburgh, PA office each workday
- Employment is contingent upon completion of a background screening consistent with applicable laws and business requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs and performance requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of prior experience in shipping, warehousing, retail, customer services, logistics, tech support or other related experiences preferred
- Familiarity with smartphones and tablets is helpful
- Customer service skills with a focus on resolution and follow through
- Comfortable using computers and learning to use new software programs
- Team player mentality, able to work with all people
- A desire to learn and willingness to always help
- Reliably perform job-related tasks, finishing assigned projects to meet deadlines
- Skilled at developing positive relationships and rapport with all clients and LINQ team members
- Ability to think analytically to identify trends and take appropriate actions
- Demonstrated detailed orientation, organizational, prioritization and time management skills; experience building daily/weekly structure in schedule
