Full-Time Youth Specialist

Develop development programs and deliver mentoring, small-group facilitation, and resource connections to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior while designing initiatives that foster student development. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, where you contribute to a nurturing, diverse culture focused on making a lasting impact on students' lives.
