Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group mentorship and development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers and staff to design and deliver these initiatives while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Assist in the Education, Training & E-Learning department by helping students navigate their residential experience at Milton Hershey School.
