Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver youth development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small-group sessions and collaborate with teachers to promote positive behavior while connecting students with necessary resources. Provide direct mentoring to foster student development within the school's residential environment.
