Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver youth development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small-group sessions and collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with resources. Mentoring and program delivery focus on fostering development within the school's residential pre-K through 12th grade environment. This role is part of the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School.
