Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate student mentoring, small-group facilitation, and development program delivery to support academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with resources. Work within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, to foster a nurturing, diverse culture and make a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
