Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver youth development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups, mentor students, and collaborate with teachers to promote positive behavior and connect learners with resources. Work within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School to foster a nurturing culture for pre-K through 12th grade residential students.
