Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver youth development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while collaborating with teachers and staff in the Education, Training & E-Learning department. Assist in a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential environment at Milton Hershey School, fostering a nurturing culture that enables lasting impact on students' lives.
