Full-Time Youth Specialist

Mentor students and facilitate small groups to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources through collaboration with teachers and staff. This role resides within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution fostering a nurturing, diverse culture.
