Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group mentoring sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with necessary resources. Design and implement targeted initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture while making a lasting impact on the lives of pre-K through 12th grade residential students.
