Full-Time Youth Specialist

Mentor students, facilitate small groups, and collaborate with teachers to support academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs that promote positive behavior while connecting students with resources. This Full-Time Youth Specialist role is within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution.
