Full-Time Youth Specialist

Conduct mentoring, facilitate small groups, and collaborate with teachers to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, fostering a nurturing, diverse culture focused on lasting impact and professional development.
