Design and deliver youth development programs focused on academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and collaborate with teachers to connect students with necessary resources. Support students' holistic development within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School.
