Full-Time Youth Specialist

Conduct small-group facilitation and mentoring to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to ensure holistic student outcomes within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, offering a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential environment where lasting impacts on student lives are prioritized.
