Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group activities and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and collaborating with teachers to connect students with resources. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, fostering a nurturing culture that enables lasting impact on student lives.
