Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role operates within a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, offering opportunities for professional growth and lasting impact on students' lives.
